Cancellation & Refund Policy


This contract is signed by Aqualykia Tourism Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Aqualykia) is an activity service contract operating under the commercial title and aims to guarantee the rights of both parties. This contract has been made between Aqualykia and the person who purchased the diving service (hereinafter referred to as the participant).


In cancellations and refunds for any reason, individuals must notify Aqualykia in writing and with a document of the valid reason for cancellation (death, injury, accident, health conditions such as pregnancy, etc. that may happen to him or his 1st degree relative. Exam date changes and similar situations affecting your life) In this case, expenses arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations, bank commissions, etc., provided that the cancellation is notified in writing up to 30 days before the activity start date. Except for the exception, the price paid without any deduction is returned to the consumer exactly. For cancellation requests notified after 30 days, a 50% deduction is applied from the total cost of the package activity and a refund is made. In case of cancellation 7 days before the activity start date, no refund will be made. Refunds are made to the account of the person making the payment. (All these requests must be notified in writing by the person who made the reservation.) In case of cancellation, people can also use the right to change the date, transfer and keep it inside if they wish.


Based on the service you have purchased, Aqualykia provides the following rights to the persons, respectively, in cases where you cannot be a participant for any reason.

1-Right to transfer to another person:
You can transfer the service you have purchased to another person who meets your terms. (Changes must be notified in writing by the person making the reservation.) The notification period of the last 7 days must not be exceeded. *The Right of Transfer to Someone Else is Applied Only Once.

2-The right to keep the fee you have paid inside:
You can use the payment amount you have made in reference to the service you have purchased, in any of the Aqualykia services within the year you pay. (The person making the reservation must notify the change in writing via e-mail.) It is necessary to notify in writing before the last 7 days of the notification period.

3-Date change right:
You can change the date of the service you have purchased. If the person changes the date, the price difference between the two changed periods is based on the prices on the date the person made the reservation. If the quota is full on the date the change is requested, the Aqualykia team will inform the people about the vacant quotas. (all these requests must be notified in writing “by e-mail” by the person making the reservation.) *The Right to Change the Date is Applied Only Once. The notification period of the last 7 days must not be exceeded.

4- If Aqualykia does not perform the service for any reason or in extraordinary circumstances, it accepts and undertakes to pay the fees paid by the participants in full on the announced date.


ALL THE DETAILS MENTIONED ABOVE are in the nature of the activity service contract. The participant who purchases the activity undertakes that he has read, understood and accepted the service contract, cancellation and return conditions.
